Detroit’s Downtown Hoedown Moves to Comerica Park for 30th Anniversary
In its 30 successful years, Detroit’s Downtown Hoedown has grown so much that it has outgrown its previous riverfront location of Hart Plaza. With wishes to keep the iconic event in Detroit, promoters have moved this year’s event to Comerica Park, where attendees can be treated to larger and more elaborate staging, better visibility and better facilities all around.
Detroit’s 99.5 WYCD Downtown Hoedown welcomes a star-studded lineup of over 50 artists, including Josh Gracin, Montgomery Gentry and Miranda Lambert, just to name a few. The Downtown Hoedown brings hundreds of thousands of country music fans together to enjoy many of country music’s biggest national stars and up-and-coming Detroit local artists.
